Historically I haven’t liked whipped cream. Clearly I was eating the wrong kind. This is amazing! I want to put it on everything and simply just eat it like ice cream.

My family doesn’t care for buttercream frosting or cream cheese frosting as both are too sweet. I make this for almost every “frosting” occasion and they LOVE it. It’s easy to add flavoring like chocolate, some raspberry jam, lemon curd, etc. This holds up well, is not too sweet and it’s easy!

I want to stablize 600ml whipped cream ,how much sugar and cream cheese do I need to add?
