I have been making this for years. It’s the best icecream. I even tint it light green and add pistachios and people go nuts over it. I add fresh raspberries and strawberries when in season. I find adding the berries it’s best to put half of the cream down then the berry layer and then the rest of the icecream. I have a special container I got from KA and it keeps it fresh and air tight. It’s a must try!

Make it all the time, it’s the best! I put different things in it. Made blueberry, berry, vanilla, peanut butter and sugar free jelly, chocolate with sugar free chocolate chocolate chip cookies, strawberry, banana, it’s all so good!

I use this for mousse. Add 1/2 cup cocoa, so yummy. Great for trifle too!
