Will have to try it without the marshmallows mixed in I think. Also wasn’t quite sure how much of the Baily’s to mix in each cup(wound up doing 1 shot each) since we had non alcoholic portions for the kiddos.

It really depends on what size mugs you use and how much of each ingredient you add.

However, that comes out to 1 TBS of Bailey’s per mug, and only 1/4 c of Hot Chocolate (with the 2 scoops of ice cream.) I know I can vary amounts myself, but is this really supposed to serve EIGHT people? The proportions just don’t sound right… Thanks.

Holding my breath until my daughter or my granddaughter bakes the chocolate cake of my dreams. At my age just reading the recipe is enough for me to know end results. Merry Everything to you and family. Thank you for sharing all the goodies.

Hey Amanda — I personally try to read every recipe you post and try most of them. However, I have never offered to “lend a hand” so here goes. If you EVER need a recipe tester for your cocktail recipes I’m your person! These sound so good but then I’m a sucker for anything Bailey’s. Thanks so much for your hard work. You make our lives easier!

Happy upcoming Turkey Day. Hoist a glass!!
