In reply to Lura. I use my small food processor. I cut the carrots into chunks and run the food processor until the carrots are is fine meal but not mushy.

They sound great. However I would substitute pecans for the walnuts and use all purpose flour.

Hi – it really depends on why type of bran you are looking to incorporate… the bran flour? bran cereal? The amount will vary depending on that.

I’d like to incorporate bran into this muffin. Would I decrease the flour by the amount much bran I want to add or Would I add some moisture?
