How long will these keep in the fridge? Can I make them 3 days ahead? Will they dry out if I do? Thanks!

Omg. These are soooo good!!! They weren’t for any occasion except a snowstorm. I didn’t even feel the need for the buttercream fosting. They are perfect without it. This recipe is a keeper!!

The cookies look oval like icecream scoops in one picture and flat in another… I like the oval looking ones is this because you did not flatten the ball?
